The following Terms & Conditions apply to all of the bonuses offered at Rich Palms Casino.

11.1. It is the Players’ sole responsibility to inquire about promotions’ T&C before redeeming them.

11.2. Please note that in order to receive any promotion money, you must claim a bonus either in the Cashier section of the website or with the help of a Customer Service representative before making a deposit transaction.

11.3. It is forbidden for the player to claim more than one bonus at a time, meaning that the Player is entitled to receive only one deposit bonus per deposit. Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, account, household, IP address, email address, or computer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Bonus’ Terms or Promotions section.

11.4. A promotion is deemed completed only if you have fulfilled the wagering requirements and requested a cashout or if your balance is below $1. All wagering requirements/restrictions of a particular promotion will remain attached to your account while the bonus is yet active. New deposits to your account when your balance is $1 or higher will keep the remaining wagering requirements and restrictions of a previously uncompleted promotion.

11.5. All bonuses have a wagering requirement connected to them, which can be checked in the T&C of each Bonus.

Wagering contribution of bonuses on each type of games will be counted as follows:

Slots, Real-Series Video Slots, Keno, Bingo, Scratch Cards, Board Games - $1 wagered contributes $1 to the wagering requirement. BlackJack, Multihand Video Poker, Video Poker, Tri Card Poker - $1 wagered contributes $0.20 to the wagering requirement. American Roulette, European Roulette, French Roulette, Roulette Multiplayer - $1 wagered contributes $0.10 to the wagering requirement. 11.8. Wagering requirements for all bonuses must be completed on the games included in the promotion only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering on a restricted game will void the bonus, and any winnings from the bonus will be removed.

11.9. During an active bonus, the maximum bet per hand, spin, card, etc., is $10. This maximum bet rule will remain active until the wagering requirements have been completed. Betting above this limit will void the bonus and any winnings thereof.
